Sharon Oldfield has a Personnel Management background and is registered as an Assessor with the EDTP SETA and with the W&R Seta as a Skills Development Facilitator.

She has freelanced for various service providers at both international and local companies and specializes in Customer Service and Soft Skills Training.

Sharon's strength is her ability to communicate well at many given levels and to write material aligned to the customer's business needs. Her passion is to motivate, empower and uplift people. Her enthusiasm and love of people make her an exceptional training facilitator.

Recent clients include Retail Inc., Parkdev Academy, Bakhona Skills Development, Datacentrix Business Alignment and KSD; for whom she has trained at Clicks Head Office, Parliament, Chevron Headquarters, EDS, Old Mutual (CSC), Media 24, City of Cape Town, Deloitte and various shopping malls through out South Africa.
